Relief for Burned Out Moms
In-Person Therapy for Moms
in San Francisco & The Bay Area
Being a mom in the Bay Area comes with its own unique weight.
You’re navigating the intensity of raising kids in one of the most expensive, fast-paced, and high-achieving regions in the country. The pressure to be everything – a present parent, a supportive partner, a successful professional, a household manager – is unrelenting.
And somewhere along the way, you got lost in the chaos.
Between long commutes, skyrocketing living costs, limited childcare options, and the constant “go go go” of life in the Bay area, you rarely have a moment to just breathe.

You expected things to get easier as the kids got older.
Instead, you’re running on empty, frustrated and burned out — and then feeling guilty for feeling that way. You look around and wonder how everyone else is keeping it together.
You love your children – deeply – but that doesn’t mean this is easy. Whether you’re always running around trying to keep up with your child's schedule, you’re parenting a child with ADHD, autism, or medical needs, or you’re navigating challenges with a partner who drinks too much, this wasn’t the version of motherhood you imagined.
It’s heavy. And isolating. And it’s okay to admit that you’re struggling.
The good news? You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone. I help moms across San Francisco and the greater Bay Area find relief, clarity, and space to reconnect with themselves again.
Let’s help you feel like you again.

ABOUT ME

I'm Michelle Deely, MA LMFT
A Therapist For Mothers Just Like You!
In our work together, you are the priority. I am warm, compassionate and lovingly direct. During our sessions, I am active and fully engaged; I often use humor to help us make sense of the ridiculous ways life can test us and surprise us. You can count on me to show up authentically every time we meet.
As a mother of three, living and working in San Francisco, I have real-world experience with the daily struggle to be everything to everyone. I understand how caring for ourselves while caring for others can feel impossible.

Here’s What To Expect From The Therapy Process
1
Free Consultation:
Get To Know Me
We’ll start with a 15-minute call to discuss what you’re going through, what you’re looking for in therapy, and whether we’re the right fit. If you have any questions or doubts, I can address them so you feel comfortable and at ease moving forward.
2
Your First Session: Getting Started
Your first session is all about getting to know you - your struggles, your goals, and what you need most right now. Together, we’ll also discuss the best therapy plan for you, including how often we should meet to give you the right level of support.
3
On-Going Sessions:
A Time Just for You
Whether we meet weekly, biweekly, or on a personal schedule, each session is a dedicated time for you. You’ll have the chance to talk, vent, work through emotions, and explore solutions. Most importantly, you won’t have to figure it out on your own.
4
Experience Growth & Lasting Change
Over time, you're going to begin to feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of your life. You'll learn to set boundaries, feel more confident as a mom, and reconnect with yourself. My goal for you is always to help you create the life you want – one step at a time.

Fees & Insurance Information
My fee for individual psychotherapy is $275 per 50-minute session. I am an out-of-network provider and am not currently on any insurance panels.
